The new normal requires the ability to adapt and to deliver in new ways, no more so than within training

Classroom training and courses do not automatically convert to an online experience, so step out of the box and focus on what you want to achieve and not how to achieve it.

Don’t forget that even the latest methods change rapidly , so assign someone to keep on top of the new training methods adapting where possible, 

Invest in the skills of your training team , their delivery will reflect in the adoption of the course contents.

Positive thinking is a major factor in success. So instead of mulling over things that didn’t go quite right, remind yourself of things that did.
